Ettersom jeg er mellom- og langdistanseløper så bruker jeg korte drag (60m) som styrketrening. Det tar godt på baksiden av lårene når man løper med motstand. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ja, det er vel mer at det er &amp;quot;inn og ut&amp;quot; og &amp;quot;pass&amp;quot; gjennom hele økten... Det blir ikke så god konsentrasjon av det. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enig i at det virker kortere rundt der når det er vegger på begge sider.
