
I guess I'm not surprised. But I woke up this morning and felt pretty sore and tired in my legs. Last nights session wasn't so hard, but had many elements of sprints, jumps and strength training.
After second session tonight I decided to test my CEP Power Tri Short. It's a short tights with compression. Just like the socks go on your calves, this tight goes higher up!:)
Sorry the link is only in german. Couldn't find anything translated yet. I will write more about this product as soon as I know more.
It's funny, but I actually feel better and less tight in my hamstrings. I will evaluate more tomorrow. Because right now, it could be the second easy run that made me feel better.
