
It's been quiet from me lately. I haven't felt for blogging when my knee hurts and I can't run. Today my coach looked at it. I will be on the bike for a couple of days and some serious anti-inflammatory pills. I should be much better already tomorrow and hopefully fine on Friday.
It's only middle of October and it's been one week! Nothing to worry about.

Focus on those things you can do. Don't think about those you can't.
Now you have the possibillity to do those things you wouldn't priority because training was more important.
I hope you'll soon be better !
