Better and better


Knee is much better and I accomplished 30 minutes jog on the treadmill today without pain. I was also able to do some strength training. (Haven't been able to bend my knee lately...)

Tomorrow is back on the bike and some light intervals, just to be careful.

Met Lisbeth (photo) today and we made plans for warm weather training. Exciting!
