Are you lonesome tonight?

Do you suffer from plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis or tight calves? Or do you suffer from pain under your heel and can't really define what the problem is?

- It could be plantar fasciitis. First time I had problems with the plantar fasciitis I didn't understand what was going on. I remember having really tight calves and a sore foot. In the beginning it was sore and tight to get out of bed in the morning. Or worst, getting up at night. Almost limping to the bathroom...

This first time experience ended in me popping lots of useless pain killers and a rupture in the fasciitis. PAINFUL PAINFUL PAINFUL! Three months of recovery and orthopedic insoles was the consequence.

The Sock!
Next time around I recognized the symptoms better and it took me only 5-6 weeks to resume to normal training again. Thanks to a great physiotherapist who gave me really good strength exercises, my coach now, Knut, who learned me to tape the foot so I could run properly and the Strassburg Sock

What's the fuss?
Amazing knee long sock with a strap to stretch your toes. You are suppose to stretch your foot and calf to recover faster from such a dreadful problem the plantar fasciitis could cause. You are suppose to either wear the sock during your sleep or when you rest at your couch i.e. See how it works here.

The Single Sock...
I used to wear the sock during the night. Sometimes it could feel tight after some hours and I would release the strap. Why my best friend would call it the Single Sock? Do I have to explain...?!

Singelsokken er ikke glemt, selv i de etablerte kretser;)
Lurer nesten på om jeg skal finne den fram til natta, litt sår under foten etter kjapp-trening med lette sko. (Og ja, mannen er reist bort;) )
